The artists listed here are part of my support program and have taken real steps—like opening shops on Etsy, shipping internationally, and learning how to reach global customers.
But this is not just a list of artists.
Each creation has a background, a story, and a reason why it was made.
By sharing these stories, we help people around the world see the true value behind each piece.
Japanese craftsmanship is known for its detail, care, and beauty.
However, in Japan, handmade crafts are often seen as just a hobby, and many talented creators are overlooked.

JapanHandcraftedは、海外販売に挑戦する日本のクラフト作家たちを実践を通して導いている私の講座から生まれました。Etsyなどのマーケットプレイスを活用し、実際に海外のお客様に向けて作品を届けている作家たちの、リアルな取り組みと成長を一覧で紹介するポータルサイトです。
しかし、これは単なる作家紹介の場ではありません。
一人ひとりの背景や挑戦までを丁寧に伝えることで、はじめて作品の本当の価値が見えてくる——
そう考えているからです。
日本のモノづくり、日本人の繊細さや丁寧さは、世界でも群を抜いています。
にもかかわらず、国内では“お母さんの趣味”のように軽く扱われてしまうことも多く、
本物の技術や想いの詰まった作品が、正当に評価されない現実があります。
🔥なぜ今、これが必要なのか？
海外では、日本のクラフトや手仕事への関心が高まり続けています。
一方、国内ではクラフトが軽視され、“本物”が評価されにくい構造が残っています。
さらにSNS時代の今、目立つ人・映えるものばかりが注目され、
丁寧に作られたものほど届きにくいという矛盾が起きています。
だからこそ今、“見えないけれど大切な物語”にスポットライトを当てることに意味がある。
JapanHandcraftedは、そうした“背景にこそ価値がある”クラフトの世界を、
ストーリーテリングで再編集し、世界へ届けることを目的としています。

このサイトに掲載されている作家たちは、海外販売を“単なる憧れ”ではなく、
実際に行動に移し、Etsyなどで商品登録・発送・顧客対応を行っている現役の出店者です。
誰でも掲載できるわけではなく、一定の基準を満たした方だけが登場しています。
出品作品だけでなく、作家自身の想いや物語にも重きを置き、
