Japanese Room Shoes
artist:Shima ZOURI
From the Creator –
Hello. I live on a small island in Japan. The island where I live is the largest producer of lemons in Japan, and is also famous as a mecca for cyclists. These cloth zori are modeled after traditional Japanese sandals, and are indoor shoes that fit modern lifestyles. In addition, we use the traditional Japanese cloth “sarashi” for packaging when shipping. Sarashi can be used repeatedly in daily life, for wiping, wringing, wrapping, cooking, cleaning, etc.
