Upcycled Kimono Kanzashi
From the Creator –
As I continued creating, I learned about kimono fabric that can no longer be worn. I realized I could give it a new life by making unique Kanzashi. Now, I upcycle kimono fabric to create one-of-a-kind Tsumami Kanzashi. Even if you don’t live in Japan, I hope my work brings a piece of Japanese beauty into your life. ・I use carefully selected antique kimono fabric. ・Each piece is handcrafted with care, following traditional techniques. I value preserving and passing down Japanese traditions for the future.

These fabrics, once destined to be forgotten, are given a second life through traditional techniques and deep respect for Japanese heritage. Each piece is a blend of timeless beauty and eco-conscious spirit. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift, a piece of wearable art, or a way to feel closer to Japanese tradition, her creations offer something special.Even if you live far from Japan, you can carry a piece of its elegance and spirit with you – in the form of a flower.
